Current Project: ONE15 Lofts
This urban infill condominium project is being constructed on a site that has been a surface parking lot for over 75 years and prior to that was home to an old hotel from the early 1900s. It has many of the challenges urban projects present—remnants of old foundations and structures, logistically difficult site, need for power line relocation, disruption for neighboring businesses—all on a busy thoroughfare. But the location and need for owner-occupied housing in this college town makes it an ideal urban renewal project.
Our team has handled all aspects of the project—from site acquisition, design, approvals, financing and construction management—Clearpath does it all. ONE15 is located on an iconic street situated between the town’s Square and the college campus. The project features 15 luxury residences, two retail spaces and a secure parking garage. It’s design captures many of the historic elements of surrounding buildings—but with a contemporary and tasteful twist. The blend of materials, with the use of architectural features such as recessed outdoor porches, floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces and an inviting lobby provide residents a visually stunning building to call home.
